Entry on different dates is not allowed. Please be careful when purchasing. Additionally, some events and stage performances may require separate tickets.

Applications that involve swapping the purchaser and accompanying person may be invalidated. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from such invalidation. Tickets for this event are sold through “eplus.tickets” so please check the terms and conditions on their website.

Each admission ticket allows one preschool child to accompany for free. (No identification is required for the preschool child.)

If you have two preschool children, an additional admission ticket is required for the second child.

Elementary school students and older can participate, but please ensure participation times comply with local regulations.

There are no discounts for persons with disabilities. Accompanying person or wheelchair assistants also need an admission ticket, just like general attendees.

We cannot respond to any issues such as loss or theft of tickets. Please keep your tickets safe until the event ends.

Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. If tickets are found to be listed on auction/resale sites or sold to third parties, they will be invalidated.

Tickets cannot be transferred, even to family or friends.

The organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased through resale.

No changes or refunds will be issued due to natural disasters, transportation accidents/delays, etc.

No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations of performers.

If the event is postponed or canceled, information regarding ticket refunds will be provided separately.

As a measure to prevent unauthorized ticket resale, we will conduct identity verification by facial recognition at the time of entry.

When purchasing tickets, it is mandatory to register a facial photo of the attendee. At the entrance, we will compare the registered photo with the face of the person entering on the day of the performance.

Please note that the accompanying person are also required to register their facial photo at the time of ticket application.

Please register a facial photo that meets all of the following requirements by the day of the performance.

If the photo does not meet these conditions, you may be asked to register a new one.

  • JPG image file, up to 2 MB in size, with a maximum width of 3,000 pixels
  • Minimum resolution of 240 × 320 pixels

(Photos taken with a standard mobile phone camera generally meet these conditions.)

  • Taken within the last 6 months.
  • Only the ticket holder is shown, with the upper body clearly visible and taking up most of the frame
  • Facing the camera directly, without wearing a hat or sunglasses
  • With a plain background and no shadows; the background should be white or a light color
  • The photo must not be backlit.
  • With a normal facial expression that does not differ significantly from your usual appearance

(Photos with exaggerated expressions, such as laughing broadly, are not acceptable.)

  • Taken in color, not black and white

If the registered photo and the face of the person entering on the day do not match, we may verify the attendee's identity using their passport.

Regarding the Event

Throughout the entire event, we will not be accepting any fan letters or gifts to performers, including flower stands and bouquets due to limited event space.

Please carefully watch your belongings and valuable items. ANYCOLOR Inc. will not take any responsibility for stolen or misplaced items in the event venue.

We are anticipating a high density of people in the venue. Please refrain from taking actions that could harm others such as running or pushing.

There will be waiting lines within the venue. Cutting lines or bringing acquaintances into the line is prohibited, as this will cause an inconvenience to other customers.

There may be restrictions to admission depending on how crowded the venue is. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

In order to have as many people as possible enjoy and participate in the events within the venue, some events will have restrictions on the number of times you can participate.

Photography is allowed within the venue; however, please note it will be prohibited at certain booths and stages.

If you are found taking photos or videos in prohibited areas, we will ask that you delete the data, and in severe cases, your device may be confiscated.

Walking around the venue while eating and/or drinking is prohibited. Please eat and drink in the designated areas. Please also refrain from occupying or using these spaces for extended periods of time.

In the case that you feel unwell or experience an injury, please reach out to the nearest staff member, or notify the information center.

Throughout the entire event period, there will be several media coverages taking place. Photographs and videos taken by the media may be used in advertisements and other materials. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Please follow the instructions given by staff in the venue. We will under no circumstances be held responsible for accidents or problems that occur in cases where the staff’s instructions are not followed. In severe cases, we may ask those who refuse to follow staff instructions to leave the venue.

Please refrain from arriving the day before the event. In the case that we discover anyone waiting the day prior, they may be subject to police intervention. ANYCOLOR Inc. will be taking no responsibility for any accidents or issues that occur during your visit at the venue.

Please note that entry to the venue may take some time depending on the situation on the day of the event.

The line for entry will be outdoors, regardless of the weather. Please make sure you are equipped for rain, cold temperature, etc.

A bag inspection will be conducted at admission to ensure the safety of all customers. Please allow for enough time when arriving, as entering the venue may take some time.

Participating in cosplay outfits is prohibited. We will be defining cosplay as outfits that would not be considered everyday wear. Please note that there will be no compensation in the case that you do not follow this instruction and are rejected from admission.

There is no dedicated entrance for customers with disabilities. We ask that all customers, including those in wheelchairs, enter through the same general entrance. If you are in need of assistance from staff when entering, please approach staff on the day of the event. Please note that our staff cannot accompany customers for extended periods of time. For those that require care, please ensure that you arrive with a caregiver. (An entry fee is also required for the caregiver.)

Please refrain from entering the venue with pets. (Guide dogs and service dogs are allowed).

Additionally, if you are caught with any of the mentioned prohibited items, they will be confiscated.

Furthermore, we may reject the entry of some customers if they are unwilling to follow staff instructions.

  • Blades (scissors, cutters, knives with a blade length of 5.5 cm or more)
  • Poisons, drugs and other harmful substances
  • Firearms (smoke bombs, fireworks, etc.), firecrackers, explosives, gunpowder, flares, oil, flammable materials, other hazardous materials, any explosives, and any materials that may generate fire, smoke or sound using explosives
  • Hammer, screwdriver, ice pick, or any other object that could be used as a weapon
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Psyllium/light sticks longer than 30cm or modified products with more light than commercially available products, as well as induction lights and other lighting fixtures or light source products similar to commercially available products
  • Other items deemed to be dangerous
    *The content of liquid containers such as plastic bottles may be checked.
    *The contents of prohibited items are subject to change or addition without notice.

Please do not use any headgear that could obstruct the view, any cheering merch larger than 30 cm, noise-making devices other than message boards, banners and official concert merch.

Please do not use any items which could interfere with the performances, lighting, or the safety and visibility of the customers.

Please do not throw any objects.

Please do not rush forward, push towards the stage and/or forcefully cut in line in ways which could disturb other customers.

Please do not climb, jump over, hit, and/or kick any equipment at the venue such as fences, etc. which could cause damage.

Please do not enter the venue intoxicated. Bringing alcohol into the venue and/or drinking inside the premises are strictly prohibited.

Please do not wait for the performers to leave and/or enter the venue.
